Welcome to Car With Driver. These Terms and Conditions of Use govern the access to and use of our website and private passenger transport services offered by CWD, Lda., a company registered in Portugal under RNAVT No. 10873. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any of the conditions set out herein, you should refrain from using our services.

CWD provides private passenger transport services with a driver, including transfers, tours, and corporate services, operating in Portugal and Spain. The platform allows users to search, configure, and book trips, select vehicles, and receive price quotes.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By creating an account, you agree to provide true, complete, and up-to-date information, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Bookings are subject to confirmation by CWD and to the availability of drivers and vehicles.
• Listed prices include the transport service, with the amount calculated based on the distance and selected vehicle type.
• Payment must be made in accordance with the conditions defined at the time of booking. CWD reserves the right to require full or partial advance payment.
• Cancellation conditions will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

The user agrees to:

• Respect the driver and the vehicle rules during the service.
• Provide accurate information about passengers, luggage, and special needs.
• Be present at the agreed location and time for the start of the service.
• Not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent purposes, or in violation of third-party rights.
• Not interfere with the normal functioning of the platform or our systems.

• CWD is committed to providing services with the utmost diligence and professionalism, ensuring vehicles in good condition and qualified drivers.
• CWD shall not be liable for delays or inability to provide the service caused by force majeure, including but not limited to: adverse weather conditions, road accidents, strikes, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.
• CWD is not responsible for third-party content or services accessible through links on our website.
• CWD's total liability is limited to the value of the contracted service, without prejudice to consumer rights under applicable legislation.

All content available on the platform, including text, images, logos, trademarks, software, and design, is the property of CWD or its licensors, protected by Portuguese and European intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of any content without prior written consent from CWD is prohibited.

CWD reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the date of their publication on the website. We recommend that you regularly review this page. Continued use of the services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

CWD reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform, without prior notice, in case of violation of these terms, abusive use of services, or activities that may harm CWD, its employees, or other users.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese and European Union law. For the resolution of any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms, the courts of the judicial district of CWD's registered office shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms provided by law, including the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
